Information We Collect Automatically.We may collect the following information when you use the Services or communicate with us:

  • Log and Usage Data, including information regarding what features you use, pages viewed, files viewed, content changes, device type, browser type, time stamps, links you click, access times, IP address, configurations, error logs, emails viewed, ISP, and addresses of websites you were on before your arrived on our Services.

Publicly Accessible Personal Information. In the future, LastCLE may contain social and sharing functionality, including allowing others to view your courses taken, practice areas, notes, highlights, and annotations.


How We Share Your Data

For instance, we use service providers to facilitate our support services, data security, email, web hosting, research and analytics, data enrichment services, deliver and help us track our marketing and advertising content, and process credit card payments.

  • To protect our rights and the Services.

Data Security. We have put in place reasonable physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
